What types of valuations can I get through Landmark’s Opinion of Value service?

We offer three tailored packages:

  • Sale Value – Provides an estimated sale range and summary, perfect for benchmarking or planning a sale.

  • Rental Value – Helps determine lease renewal terms or evaluate new lease opportunities.

  • Market Pulse – Gives a quick snapshot of market conditions, useful when considering a new location.

Each report includes a summary and estimated value range. Optional add-ons, such as site visits or expanded research, are available for a deeper look.

How quickly will I receive my Opinion of Value report?

Our OoV service is built for fast turnaround. Timelines vary by property complexity and package, but the focus is always on delivering actionable insights so you can make informed decisions without unnecessary delays.
